DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES WEDDING
Kelsey and Daniel chose Downtown Los Angeles as the backdrop for their incredibly fun wedding day. The Carly Rae Weddings team brought together such an incredible group of wedding professionals from the LA area who completely transformed the Hungarian Cultural Alliance centre into the trendy wedding venue that K + D dreamed of. The copper chuppah was decorated with beautiful unstructured greenery and florals, there were cozy lounge areas throughout the space, and cheery little floral arrangements on every single table.
After dinner, guests were directed to move into the space next door where they were handed glow sticks on the way in. Live music, lights, and yes, a massive disco ball— all the makings of a seriously unforgettable wedding dance party— were set up to greet them. The evening kicked-off with an emotional first dance followed by an epic horah. Not surprisingly, the dance floor was packed all night.
The only thing that could have made the evening an even bigger success would have been In-N-Out…thankfully a massive order of their famous burgers and fries arrived just in time because the dancers had worked up quite the appetite!
This post wouldn’t be complete without making mention of Kelsey’s incredible Jonathan Simkhai dress. When it comes to bridal fashion, she WINS!
